Williams fit for quarter-final

Throughout EURO 2016, BBC Wales has been getting behind their team.
WALES manager Chris Coleman says captain Ashley Williams will be fit to face Belgium in Friday's Euro 2016 quarter-final in Lille.
"When we gave the captaincy to Ash it was really to try to get the best out of Aaron and take some responsibility off his shoulders", Coleman said. "When we have to stand up to the challenge we do". Belgium are a good team, that's why they're here, but that's why we are here.
The supporters were just happy to be in France and even the players have admitted that they never expected to get this far. I am not saying anything that Marc doesn't know because that it is what is being said. 'Our pressure is different.
Coleman studied Belgium's rout of Hungary and although impressed, he saw encouraging signs too, with the game close in score until the last 13 minutes. Since their dismal 2-0 defeat to Italy, they have scored eight goals without reply. "When you got your opportunities, you have got to capitalise on them".
"You can't feel sorry for a team that are under pressure because they won't feel sorry for you". 'When it was 1-0 there were moments where it wasn't so comfortable, ' said Coleman.
"Of course you have got to concentrate on the strengths of Belgium, it would be stupid not to but in the main our work has got to be on ourselves".
The defender was pleased to learn that he suffered nothing worse than bruising on his left shoulder after a collision with Jonny Williams, his team-mate, against Northern Ireland on Saturday.
Gareth Bale will hope to make the most of Vermaelen's absence with the Belgium defence already missing injured leader Vincent Kompany.
"In the last four years we've had four meetings".
By contrast, with Wales having already exceeded all expectations, Coleman believes that the only pressure on his team is to execute his game plan. Against a top team it is about holding your nerve.
"They are not unbeatable so we know from our experience of that game that on our day, at our best we can cause Belgium problems".
"They won convincingly against Hungary and they looked good, but they don't always play like they can and they make mistakes like anyone else".
