Decoding Apple's blurry iPhone 7 invite

As people are waiting for the soon to be launched iPhone 7, analysts are said to predict a lukewarm reception for the smartphone.

Apple has sent out invites for its September 7th event, which has fuelled the speculation of possible unveiling of iPhone 7.

Rumours have been swirling about the iPhone 7 for many months, with numerous rumours and leaked photos adding fuel to the frenzy.

The suit goes on to accuse Apple of failing to use a pair of features employed in previous models that could have protected the chips from becoming damaged in the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. Similar stories had emerged during the launch of the new iPhone almost every year, stemming from Apple's annual late-summer production ramp-up prior to the September iPhone reveal. Considering high-end smartphones offering dual SIM facility, it is highly anticipated on the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. The question is will the iPhone 7 be making an impactful release?

Pu said that they have estimated a total of 74 million iPhone 7 builds in 2H16F, a figure less than the 84 million builds of iPhone 6s in 2H15 from past year reportedly. I always wonder how he can keep the habit of publishing the secret of Apple on Twitter every year without being stopped once. Rearranged antenna lines, the removal of the headphone jack, and the possibility of another speaker grill at the bottom of the device will be the physical differences between it and the 6, while a thinner form factor may also make its way to the 7 (6SE?). As you can see in the leaked image above, iPhone 7 will sport dual camera setup on its back side. It will be powered by a Apple A10 processor with M10 co-processor. It comes with 1,960mAh battery.

iOS 11 software: Apple's smartphone software is cyclical, so we're fairly confident that the iPhone 8 will run on iOS 11.

The other features include: Wireless charging, 5.8-inch screen, A11 chip and a Intel 7360 LTE modem.

A complaint [PDF] filed in the Northern California US District Court accuses Apple of violating both California state and US federal laws for selling and refusing to fix out-of-warranty handsets afflicted with an issue that causes the iPhone's touchscreen to become unresponsive or fail completely.
